Service Description
Every one of my clients struggle with NO. Come on in and learn to meditate, learn how to design your life for ultimate joy. This is a very small group. You will have group meetings once a week for 6 weeks and then 6 private coaching sessions after that. The first six weeks is to sept up the fundamental tools you need and the following six weeks is for working towards your personal goals. All coaching sessions are booked in person with me.

Please call to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit is non refundable. Can shift appointment as needed up to 3 times. (Inclement weather changes are allowed up to 8 hours prior to event.)
